Exactly, those who claim it sucks only think so because its a microshaft product, not because they tried it. I've had ONE thing not run on vista, everything else runs just as good on vista as it does XP. Hell maybe better. Vista is pretty good, asides from the fact that they fucked up the NTFS and jpeg standards with it. If it wasn't, I'd be in XP right now.

Well the NTFS standard offers a decent performance improvement, and it doesn't affect linux, it does affect some old partitioning programs. The JPEG standards are fucked up though, it doesn't offer anything other than screwing up jpegs so you can view them in XP or put them back on your camera (or can't view them I should say). Or so I've heard, I use ifranview so it won't affect them.
