And there we go, part one of the IO OSTs is starting.
As I was walking down the stair,
    I met a man who wasn't there.
    He wasn't there again today.
    I wish, I wish he'd go away.

Apparently Moddb raped itself and has been turned into what appears to be a file planet related abomination, and affront to God and Man.
They also have console tabs across the top of their site along with PC, as if console games have mods, too. O_o

I've got GIMP instead, and I've yet to run into anything it can't do that I want it to (my demands to it are fairly light ). Much smaller program than Photoshop and is freeware.

Easy enough. Yes if you need it, no if you don't.

GIMP should be enough, I think.

    No problem.

Try GIMP, and if it's not enough, then get yourself PS.
