The blurry effect smooths it out, I guess. And, in a way, it's how ugly he is compared to what he claimed to be that's offensive.
And...nyaa, that's actually how I expected him to look. That's how I expect most people here to look. Like...fairly normal looking. I, on the other hand, look like a complete dork.
