His followers claim he has raised the dead and performed many miracles, because they say so and that's proof. But hey, just don't drink the Kool Aid.
He's being called the Antichrist, which he denies calling the United States the Antichrist. His patent fallacy is saying he is going to unite Christianity, Islam and Judaism when the people who practice them are unable to stop taking turns killing one another which no miracle will change. Therefore, a time comes when he is no longer able to maintain a following and busts out with Kool Aid.
