Porting other consoles to SNES roms?

Hi there. I've been on these forums and on Emuparadise for a long while, and I love it to death, but I just went around and made an account here. Please forgive if I do something wrong, like place this in the wrong forum or whatevs.

A while ago, before RomHuster got a makeover and changed their logo from Zelda to that little devil, I downloaded a rom that ported NES games to SNES. I downloaded a few of these, such as Legend of Zelda and Balloon Fight. However, Rom Hustler seems to have gotten rid of them, and I no longer have the files.

So, I was wondering if there was any way to be able to port an NES rom to a SNES rom. Like with an emulator inside an emulator? (I have a reason, but it's a rather long explanation and it doesn't matter )
