Default Resident Evil 2 Audio Issue

Hey there, first of all I apologise is this has been answered before, but I searched and have done what things to try and fix it for myself before posting.

Essentially, there is no voice Audio in Resident Evil 2's cutscenes. Weirdly enough, the sound effects come through fine, yet the speech is nowhere to be seen.

I have compressed or Decompressed ( I can't remember which) the .APE file, as stated in a thread I found, but I'm unsure what to do the the .Wav file it spat out at me since that thread was geared towards mounting, which I am not doing.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Also this if my first post here, don't flame to hard, please

And once again if this is the wrong section and such I apologise for that too.

    ~Ben

Edit: The .Wav file is in the same folder ans the .BIN, I assumed that was the right place.
Oh, and I'm using P.E.OpS. Dsound Driver 1.9.
