Default Zelda OOT + MQ Working Version?

So I've recently got Dolphin up and running nicely, able to run a couple of my games on it with little to no problems. However, I just can't seem to find a working copy of OOT+MasterQuest for GameCube.
I found this US version that loads up and the Action Replay codes for it work, but there's no sound, and according to the comments for it, I'm not alone there.
    I also found this http://www.emuparadise.me/Nintendo_G...terquest/66444
which Dolphin says is a Japanese version, even though the text is English. The problem is that it's only MQ and doesn't include the regular OOT. And I can't get any Action Replay codes to work for it, and I've seemingly tried them all...

Does anyone know of a way I could get the sound working properly on the US one I have? Or do you know of another version that works properly?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

P.S. Is Dolphin generally more reliable when you rip your own discs? Unfortunately my drive doesn't read them but I may consider getting one that does, since I still have the discs for most of the games I want to run anyway. (On that note, any good recommendations for a good cheap SATA DVD drive that would work well?)
