My parents were usually up by 8 at the latest. They've never been the "sleep in" kind, unfortunately. I used to watch VR Troopers, then Muppet Babies, then Super Mario, then play video games, then eat, then back to video games. I had a varied childhood. The only difference was what games we would play. If it was winter sometimes we would go tobogganing.
