Yes. Portal is kind of the opposite of HL, there's lots of weird fucked up humor involved, instead of "OMG ALIEENS R INVADAN TEH ERF! O NOES CHARACTER X JUST DIES!!!11eleventy1". Clearly a plot summary is going to have to be kinda "funny". Of course considering the whole game is "U are here, delicious cake is here, in the middle, several levels and robots trying to kill you. Oh, and a giant cube of PURE FUCKING AWESOME!!!! is your only sidekick"
