the link did give the picture to it but it got bumped tot he next page since its a news site. they seem to offer things but I dont know how to sighn up.

Well, considering the site is enirely japenese i cant really tell you, but from what i gather it looks like its a japenese emulation site that has probably screwed around with svchaos to make it more kof2003-ish.
