got a few vids edited and ready for uploading now. shotcut is pretty easy to work with it only took me a few minutes to edit my vids granted they were pretty simple edits but still I expected it to take longer with the exporting I'm sure if i do longer vids the exporting will take longer.

I'm installing Sons of the Forest early access. Open world survival simulation, if it has too much micromanagement I'll play something else. I don't like tedium, toil bores me.

This heatwave sucks. It rained, but it hardly helped.

Flood warning in Miami for the past three days, hurricane on the way but it'll make landfall in northern Florida. Rough weather trashed a Colorado military base and destroyed several helicopters yesterday, left mangled wreckage. I'm convinced living on the moon is much safer.

Dead Internet Theory posits that 90% of Internet traffic is AI interacting with AI as bots in a lifeless echo chamber feeding off of what 10% of humans are posting and that 90% of humans have abandoned the open web for social media and apps thinking they're interacting with real people but there are even more bots there pressing like buttons and positive comments for a fee from the bot makers. I don't think that the Internet is dead, it's undead with living asshole bot makers with AI having access to the Internet to manipulate people and it's interacting with itself generating more videos, posts and images than 1000 times more accelerated rate that 1000 times the total human population. What remains to be seen is whether or not websites can handle several orders of magnitude the bandwidth created by bots than humans before the Internet they are metastasizing in dies of terminal digital disease, but that's the bright side because then all the bots die when the cancerous parasite kills its hosts and it brings about another Stone Age after the world dependent on the Internet and computers experiences an apocalol, then we can start over without nukes and live in a better world.

that's an interesting reply. I have suspected something is up with so many positive comments and likes that I've seen on other sites even though the content is garbage and non-praise worthy. I also suspect that's the case with ebay and amazon with all those glaringly positive reviews on shady sellers as well as the mirad of chinese sellers that have completely flooded those two sites.

The UK has riots going on. Speaking of protesters, chess master Gary Kasparov complained that Russian police tried to break his legs for protesting, in the US the cops don't try to break your legs they break your fucking legs and shoot pets trying to stop them.

Saw a tv ad for, uhh, GoDaddy, advertising their AI services. Like click one button and bam, website, one button and bam, products for sale, one button and bam, social media reviews. Wait what, how could that last one be one click?

The Dead Internet theory is porbably a reality. Too many bots and spam. I miss the days when interactions were genuine. I also see that there are riots in the U.K. as well.

have any of you used the dosbox core in retroarch? I have been wondering about it this morning seeing as how RA is a frontend if it'll work like the old dosbox frontend Dfend running dos games without Dfend is a pain for me RA also has the benefit of having a built in recorder so I wouldn't have to use an external recording program(which tends to eat up resources).
