That's why the end is near. There is no correct choice between two incompetents. Without a third party an incompetence tie can't be broken and it's too late now. Edit:// not stating to not have faith in humanity, only its current systems until ones that don't collapse are developed. Communism didn't work in the USSR meaning it won't work anywhere else. Capitalism can't continue on the track it's on without derailment, Russia is capitalist now for example and oligarchy does not work either. After many years of research, the agricultural revolution was the greatest mistake ever made. We went from egalitarian hunter-gatherers to stratification and hierarchy in sedentary land holdings with lords and peasants. Not much has changed since then aside ever-increasing disparity, there is no greater inequality in all of human history than right now even greater than before the abolition of slavery. The only 'system' that I can conceive of that will work is egalitarian meritocracy, everyone equal and the most competent rule. How they get the job done being irrelevant within the parameters of not harming anyone or violating anyone's rights. Failure being automatic ouster and the most competent as replacement.

There have been ~800 stars that vanished without a trace in the past 70 years. Should not be happening because when stars die they go supernova. What has being going on here on Earth in that time that could have killed us all and sent us to a parallel universe instantaneously is my question. Do we even know what secret weapons are being tested or what CERN is doing to spacetime?

I'd like to add that some stars have been discovered only for astronomers not to see them again the next time they wanted to observe them. Given the lightyears of distance the disappearance is instanteneous and the coincidental disappearance timing is probabilistically astronomical, something has to be going on here and locally on Earth for light once traveling here from long ago to suddenly stop and alter spacetime. I considered Dyson spheres used by advanced civilizations but they would be detected by infrared radiation and the missing stars are simply gone. There's also the possibility that they collapsed and became black holes but black holes produce jets of radiation from accretion of matter onto them that would be detected. The disappearances began 70 years ago and every possibility no matter how implausible should be considered. Whatever it is alters spacetime and again it might be CERN, that's not to say that standard nuclear weapons tests don't affect spacetime. There are also GRBs(gamma-ray bursts) from those stars reaching Earth when they go supernova. They'd disintegrate all living things on this planet and we'd continue to exist in a parallel universe where those stars didn't exist and never went supernova. CERN has existed for 70 years, most likely source of total instantaneous planetary annihilation. Before this story is over the one thing it will prove is quantum immortality.

So far the parallel universes we've popped into have prominently featured stupidity and evil, even if we end up in a universe where evil does not exist we'd still end up in a universe where stupidity exists causing evil inadvertently through foolishness and lack of responsibility sending us back to another universe where evil exists. There may be a universe where neither stupidity nor evil exist but humans probably don't exist there.
