She's so prettyyyyy, she doesn't wear make up from what I can see, and she looks fantastic.![]()
On a serious note. I swear i was hopeing for a romantic ending for some reason. Bitches with eye-patches need love too.
But i think most of the side characters death's seemed rushed. (The minor Classmates) And the other were all pretty much perfect.
All in all, it was a really great anime. I enjoyed it a lot. Marathoned the small 12 episodes and enjoyed it. Seriously who expected the extra was who it was? I kept on thinking it was either Kouichi, Mei, or Izumi. Izumi was only at the end (Don't ask me why i suspected her) . But it was a great anime, and I sure as hell believe it deserves the #151 rank on Anime-Planet. I could suggest it to people without regreting it. Same with AnoHana.
You'd both be wrong though.
Guy who can turn into other people by getting blood transfusions?
Psychic who breaks the fourth wall?
Chronically naked guard with the runs?
Liquid being a walking Castlevania reference?
MGS has always been about the silly.
Also, Raiden's whole thing was supposed to be a commentary on the pervasiveness of technology in everyday life. And a bit of a jab at video game conventions. Actually, that was the entire point of MGS2. Well, that, and Kojima being displeased at being forced to make a sequel so soon and how popular copy+paste sequels were. Because MGS2 is intentionally a copy paste sequel in every possible way.
TOO DEEP FOR YOU, etc.![]()

YOU BOTH SHUT UP RIGHT NOW.
Ok, so MGS was also silly, but still less silly than MGS3.
