Start Menu, Run, type "dxdiag", and see if you have 9.

Go into "Add/Remove programs", and check for "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0".

I doubt you'll screw it up by installing whichever's missing.

Depends. Sometimes I go for a week without getting a survey that my initial answers qualify for. (If I don't qualify, I normally get like 25 cents or maybe 50 cents)

When I do get qualifying surveys, most are worth between $4.00 and $20. Most average 4 to 8.
