    Default ePSXe - Messed up framerate when going back to the ePSXe window and Tekken 3 black screen

    In ePSXe, whenever i go back to the ePSXe window and resume my game, the framerate messes up. This can become a huge problem when loading a save state.

    Oh and in Tekken 3, after the ending cutscene of the respective character i'm playing is over, there is a black screen instead of the scores screen and there is no way to save because of this. I haven't tried skipping the cutscene though.

    I'm using Pete's DX6 D3D video plugin and here are the settings -

    And the weirdest part is that i didn't had these problems in my Windows XP laptop but i'm having in my Windows 8 laptop.
