european games depends if your TV can handle PAL display of if the game has a 60Hz option anyway

Jap games just burn em for use with ESR

No idea why you would think you need to order those online....

The bulky PS2 or atleast the early version did have issues with DVD+R mostly because the console and drive was made before there was DVD+R so either use the Book Type DVD-Rom for DVD+R's or just use DVD-R's, just make sure they are the best quality

i don't need to play import games via ESR because when i play Sonic Gems Collection on PCSXR2 and it don't impress me so i stick with my US games as well Emulators such as PGEN and SNES Station

You can add codes all you like via the elf version

How are you wanting to add codes there are tons of ways

Control pad yes I already read you refuse to do that
USB keyboard (PC keyboards work from what I remember)
0-day files via USB stick if you have a codebreaker compatible one [Thought I had a guide but not sure what I done with it, but it is a simple process]
dump the saved files from memcard to any USB storage device then edit on PC (that is codebreaker saved data) [I have a guide up for this]
you can also ftp data between PS2 and PC but don't remember most of that off hand, same method as above otherwise

asides from extracting and compressing it is much quicker to edit via PC using the method that can use any USB storage [when I say any it still has to be formatted in a format the PS2 can read]
