When i try to launch any game it says "File not found. Path: IsoFileSystem". and when i try to extract the disc file to desktop or a folder it says this:

ah, pcsx2, that answers my question of which emulator your talking about. what is the file size of the ISO file(s) in question that you have downloaded? my guess is the download might have failed midway and you just need to re-download it and see if it downloads completely this time. i kinda doubt a corrupt ISO here most of the time but thats always a possibility. still, first try re-downloading it and see if that works.

I second a bad download as the problem is extracting it
A failed download will cause this even if the file size of the download is correct
I will also recommend using 7-zip.org for extracting also
P.S. Hint.. never extract the contents of a multi part archive while it is still inside another archive.
