    Default Can't extract any files?

I have tried downloading several games. After downloading them, I try to extract them but keep getting the error "Can not open file as archive>" I have tried six different games, but keep getting this error. Is there a way to fix this?

    You haven't provided much information.

    Use 7zip though.

I do use 7zip. But the error keeps popping up. They all download fine, but then I can't extract them.

They might be corrupt downloads. As in they haven't downloaded fine.
It's possible the shares themselves might be corrupt somehow but I would try various methods of downloading just in case.

Well if you can't extract them they can't be fine, can they?

Whoops, double post. But what are some other methods of downloading them? Sorry if that is a stupid question. They are some of the more popular ones like God of War and Resident Evil 4.

Depends on the place you are downloading from...

The main site emuparadise.me, download managers such as www.freedownloadmanager.org work very very well

for multi part archives inside a big archive, extract the multi part files from inside the big archive first then extract the contents of the multi part archive via the first file that can be either a *.rar file or a *.001 file

The forum based upload services then something like jdownloader works very well for those

Both ensure that downloads complete without error or very very rarely download anything with errors
