Issues With The Simpsons Hit And Run

I downloaded The Simpsons Hit And Run from this site this morning and I'm trying to get it to run on my Wii using Dios Mios Lite. It's supposed to be compatible, but the game won't load past the first screen with all the copyright information. I tried running the iso in Dolphin and had the same issue. Am I neglecting to do something, or is it just a bad dump?

I will move this to the correct section and will test the game when I have time currently playing something on my Wii though..

EDIT

Moved from Everything Emulation that is for emulating on a PC to Everything Console that is for play the console games on real hardware as well as emulating on that hardware

P.S. I use the version of Dios Mios that runs from HDD as USB sticks and SD are slower
