jEnesisDS not working?

I just downloaded jEnesisDS for my DSTWO and the emulator itself starts up fine and I can use the file browser but when I go to where I have my Genesis ROMs (Sonic, Altered Beast both .md files) it shows nothing.

What am I doing wrong?

First you posted in the section for emulating on a PC, you want Everything Console under the Nintendo section that is for Emulation on Nintendo Hardware

Second you just have the roms in the wrong folder at a guess but I will double check that.

Give the roms a bin extension instead of md if that alone does not work then they need converting to binary format

http://www.romhacking.net/utilities/383/ should be able to convert

Usually *.md Megadrive roms are binary format dumps so just renaming should work fine

If you have a lot of roms or just want to save time create a bat file named rename.bat edit that in notepad and add the line
ren *.md *.bin
save it
run it in the same folder that contains the *.md files
That will rename all the *.md files to *.bin

Big hint, some of those games are remade for the GBA, these fit the screen much better, Sonic The Hedgehog is one of those games

Whoops! Sorry about that. Can you move the thread for me or is there a way I can do it?

The instructions I found said the roms don't need to be anywhere in particular.
