I tried MGS Peace Walker, FF Tactics, Tactics Ogre, and Persona 2 Innocent Sin. MGS is the only game that work on my PSP machine. I tried to redownload the FFT from the forum (posted by one of the member) and it works.

Um, yeah.
I'm pretty sure there isn't just one CFW version.
See if you can work out what I'm hinting at.

What files do you have for the none working games?
Everything I chuck at my PSP just works and I'm on an older CFW 5.50 Prome-4 (The Prome part makes it work with 6.60 firmware games)
6.60 has several revisions though so just saying you have 6.60 is not any help at all, please give us the exact CFW version you have, the system itself tells you under System > System Settings > System Information.

6.60 PRO B9, I just downgraded to 6.20 PRO C to make it perma, but some ISO still not working for me. Does CFW run clean ISO? I read somewhere that games should be patched with ISO_TOOL.

for certain games you will need to patch them to run on a lower cfw.
