Resident evil 2 twitching in cutscenes

I have problem with resident evil 2 for psx
I have twitching in cutscenes but not lagging
I playing on a real PSX slim with new laser and burn in Optiarc DVD RW AD-5280S ATA Device
I burning in imgburn and I select 1x speed but burning 7x speed in DAO/SAO format
please help
if you need any other info ask me

I have no idea what you are talking about.

Is this patched in same way or have some sort of trainer built into it

By "PSX slim" I guess you mean PSOne.
I'm pretty sure they have inferior chipsets so sometimes cut scenes and stuff seem to be of poor quality.

I've got a PAL PSOne (chipped) SCPH-102, and many games don't seem as good compared to me using my PAL PSX SCPH-9002 (chipped).
And back when my JPN PSX SCPH-1000 (chipped) still had a working laser, games looked ok on that too.

I could maybe have a look at this myself if you provided some more info, but I think I only have RE2 dual shock edition [NTSC-U] and I've already mentioned what console versions I have (I do have a spare SCPH-102 unmodded as well).

Can't complain about my PSone I don't have issues with it at all, everything plays just fine (DL it could be just yours that has the issues, if anything my PSone works much smoother than any of my old PSX models, partly due to the age of the consoles)

my console region is PAL
my game region is NTSC (resident evil 2 dual shock edition)
any patch or crack is not used

Take it you are using a Scart?

P.S. you might want to get the PAL version instead, though I never seen any problems running NTSC games with my PAL PSone or PAL PSX but always used Scart

the whole 50Hz vs 60Hz is silly both FPS ranges play at the same speed there are just less frames in the PAL 50Hz but the first and last frame in both the NTSC version and PAL version is the exact same frame, to be able to tell the difference you would need to slow it down even then the same image is shown in each for every millisecond

60Hz via a PAL console also stretches the image slightly on the hight, that is ok if your TV auto corrects this or you like it stretched one way or another

You don't require anything like that for the PSX it will be at 60Hz via a SCART video cable if it's not though and it's playing at 50Hz that in itself will cause problems for NTSC games or if you force PAL modes on NTSC games that will also cause issues.

i.e. do not force games into different video modes than what they are intended for, 90% of the time that will cause some sort of issue

yeah I have scart but in middle of cable you can select rgb/av and can put component cables
I have it selected on rgb

Depending on your TV switching to AV = Black and White for NTSC games, you can test that out yourself, it depends on the TV though because if the TV detects a NTSC image with some sets it will set the correct mode, older TV's don't have that and the only way to play NTSC in colour is via SCART, no display patching required, just as well as display patching messes most games up.

P.S. you need to add a Dreamcast to your My Consoles list (No mod chip required or any other mod , unless you want to do a self VGA mod for the best display and maybe add a SD card slot, both are very easy to do mods)

People throw away high quality crt sets that are multi region (like the 32" Sony Trinitron I have for my older consoles).

SCART gives the highest quality none HD image you can get anyway

I use SCART for all my older consoles that lack HD support

Hi again I still need help with this (twitching) I don´t have idea how I can resolve this but I have some info
when I playing this game on ps2 with same scart cable I haven´t any twitching anymore but only on psone
why? any ideas? If you need any other info ask me and I reply because I really need help
