Help With Emulation on Mac

I'm trying to download the gamecube rom Sonic Adventures 2 battle on my mac, but I've been having a problem. When I downloaded the game, and then extracted it with the Unarchiver, I got the folder. Seems normal until I opened the folder and inside that folder was another folder. When I opened the second folder, there was no .iso. Meaning I can't download the game. Can someone please help me?

sounds like the iso contents is being extracted, I can't be sure as you have not said what files are in the folders

can't you just open the archive rather than extracting it, if not then just use one of the 7-zip ports for the mac from http://www.7-zip.org/download.html, they are listed further down that page, just scroll down a bit (I can't say what is the best I don't use a mac, myself).
