If your computer isn't quite up for ps2 emulation (you should really post your specs) consider the Gamecube version as Dolphin is a little more forgiving on system requirements.

    There's also a pc version...

Maybe I got that backwards now that I think about it as pcsx2 has gotten much better the last couple of years. Or I got mixed up with dreamcast. Pc version is still the best option though.

Edit: whoops sorry Spose I was on the phone and must have hit edit instead of quote and ended up posting in your post. All fixed now.

Dolphin may run best for that game as it happens, it's worth a try

The best option is to get an xbox soft modded runs ok with a PS2 soft modded also, not tested the GC version on my Wii so can't comment on that version

GC softmods are a little messy to run plus lots of games lag with GC disc drive, hard mods have the same lag issue

Thank you for your input, everyone.

Geze, that link didn't help me out at all, the same issue reoccurred.

Also, I have fairly advanced specifications, it that's the issue, then I'd be EXTREMELY surprised.

I'll give a shot at this Dolphin thing, I doubt it'll do good for me, but whatever.

    Specs:

    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40 GHz

Ram: 8.00 GB (7.89 GB usable)

System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

    WINDOWS 8

You are missing the graphics chip set/card from your Specs

I feel like I wouldn't be wrong to assume at the minimum he has Intel HD 4400. Considering how well Intel HD 4000 does for me with emulation i have a feeling the 4400 at minimum would be perfect.

The specifications excluded the graphics card.

Here it is: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000

    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660

What issue? I reviewed the thread and I didn't find you talking about any specific issue. Am I missing something here?

For the settings, I don't have a good enough computer to do PS2 emulation right now, so I can't help you with that.
