    Default PS2 - Multi-Game DVD Kit

I was thinking about creating multi-game dvds that contains multiple cd-based games in a single dvd. Since I wasn't able to run any conversions, I though that this may have been a solution to some of my cd-based games.

Now I have the required kit, and as always it is a bit complicated at certain points. If you are familiar with the process you will probably know what I mean. In the second step I need to patch my cd-based game with DVDScan v.3.7. However DVDScan can only find the files that need to be patched but it can't patch them (according to the pdf guide of the DVDScan, it should be able to pull that off). Which, again prevents me from continuing the process.

Normally I'd just request a DVD with the games I want in it, but it is too much of a hassle for an uploader to handle and probably not worth the time. So I'd be very happy if someone could point me an altarnate method to get trough this step.

Unless you have a modchip, if you play the game from your ps2 hdd, or usb for that matter, you will not be able to play all the games. BTW, what games are you looking for, have you tried the request section.

I wouldn't bother to be honest too much to toc\lba hacking & re linking files correctly and you would need more than just DVDscan to do that most the time this fails, even if you had a mod chip it still would not work, it is possible to do but you would need to do some manual hacking and know what you are doing to get that fully working.

I couldn't create a single kit that would let anyone create a multi game DVD from CD games, might work with demo's but not full retail games without a lot of messing.

It's just not worth the effort it's easier and more reliable to do a single CD to DVD convert and I am one of the few that can possibly do this here.

    to psalmsamuel:
I use a slim ps2 with Matrix infinity 1.99 modchip psalmsamuel, therefore I cannot launch games from hdd. I'm looking for some CD titles such as Ring of Red, Winback: Covert Operations, Street Fighter EX3, Tekken Tag Tournament, Contra: Shattered Soldier, Gungriffon Blaze... (list goes on)

    to Zorlon:
Thank you for the warning. I wanted to use this method, so I could maybe fix my CD to DVD conversion problem, appearently this is an even more complicated method.
