do you know that you can't play PS2 isos via DVD-R/DVD+R on your real PS2? Sony has trackers on all Playstation consoles and you will be caught if you do it. so please don't do it.

just play PS2 isos on your PCSX2 then or buy PS2 games at Amazon or your local video game stores except for Gamestop

You do know the psx is not even an online console and the PS2 servers no longer operate anyway, asides from the few online games and the PS2 has always operated offline otherwise

I would guess you might be thinking of DNAS protection, something that is a thing of the past for PS2 users and only took effect back in the day for online games, though not all online games had DNAS keys anyway, p.s. the same would apply to ps2 emulation because of the way it works

DNAS keys could be changed for burned games anyway before the servers got closed off

Most PS2 online servers are dead now with only a small number remaining, not sure they still are and a bunch of 3rd party servers that have nothing to do with Sony or the games companies.

I'm super glad to see this thread still active. Do you have a rip kit for Champions of Norrath - Realms of EverQuest [NTSC-U] (DVD9)? If not do you have a guide on how to split it myself? Thanks

I have a kit of sorts though it comes as is I never got round to testing that one or making it into an actual kit.

All it does at the moment is copy the files you want for each disc into it's own folder, it is a two DVD5 rip and looks like nothing is missing or re-sampled, there is no mention of file patching so looks like it works without the usual DVD5 patching

It does not rebuild an iso file though so you still need to build an ISO from the each of the DVD folders

If I got round to it though it would of had two IML files and a single batch files as well as everything else needed, program wise for it to work as automated as possible as it is a lot of manual work is still needed
