Default CD-DA Audio Doesn't Play from Physical Disc

Allow me to explain what I mean by the title.

I Decided to play Blast Chamber from my CD Drive (Using a physical copy). When I reached the menus, where there is supposed to be the music, nothing plays. When I began playing in one of the stages, Still no CD-DA audio. I really wanted to try to fix it on my own, but to no avail. I tried copying sub-channel data and using the resulting file, switching audio plugins, switching the audio out method, and even tried a compatibility setting in the GPU settings (I know, stupid idea), but still nothing. What Should I do?

P.S. Below, you'll find my current settings (sorted by most- to least-likely cause).

Top Left: CD-ROM. Top Right: Sound. Bottom: GPU. (Gotta Cover My Bases)
Right, now if I can just resist the urge to report you to base security...

Use the internal epsxe core spu plugin and try again

there is another option with epsxe 1.8.0 if you are still not happy with the results using the internal spu, if you want me to run through that with you.

I Tried The Internal sound core. Good News: It Now wants to Play the music. Bad News: It only produces a buzzing noise; not music (Imagine playing a game while a table saw is on full blast).

I just Got ePSXe 1.8.0, What should I do? (Just out of curiosity, I used the internal core in this version, it produces the same buzz)

I checked To see if this problem affected an Disk image that has CD-DA Audio (Nope, Assuming that I use a cue sheet) and other physical copies (Yes, same buzzing noise). That means that the only thing that can cause the horrendous buzzing is the CD-Rom Plugin.

Use 1.90 or 1.80 , the internal cd rom plugin and the internal audio plugin , you can check the entry of the game in my page for the complete config

what Gladiator said I forgot to say to use the internal CDR plugin

The 1.8.0 fix I was thinking of allows other sound plugin to work with CDDA (it's an external mod though)

Thanks, Zorlon! The two internal plugins allowed the music to play properly.
