Guilty Gear X On NullDC NAOMI Error Help?

Hi,I downloaded Guilty Gear X (SEGA NAOMI)from Emuparadise,I also downloaded the .LST files, now nullDC NAOMI 1.0.4 load the rom but show some errors and told to press any key,after that game demo run but after pressing start error come again and after selecting character error come again and nothing happed after pressing any key.
Please help me what is really happend and how to fix this issue,sorry for bad english thanks.

but if you like I can test it on my end when I get time with NulDC Naomi and see if I can't figure out what the reason is for it failing
