Burning problem games ps2

Hi, I have a problem to burn ps2 games. Before either could burn with imgburn, but now recorded as before and test console games
leaves the browser, as it does not read, and below the disk is seen as not
nothing was recorded. Already recorder change and is still happening the same. I record at 1x.
What can it be?

bad disc image or download maybe or even bad media/bad media batch, the console itself has a bad laser, not sure there is very little info to work on here

may be misconfigured imgburn? iso because before and are well recorded and the ps2 laser is fine because other games work perfect. Use Verbatim DVD x8 and x16 write the recorded games to x1.

the log looks fine though it does not have any burning log info there

Asides from burn speed what settings might you of changed (defaults should work for just about everything anyway) the only settings I change are burn speed to 1x (real speed is 2.5x for DVD's for me and 10x for CD's) and I have overburn on for Dreamcast disc images

If you hit settings though you can reset them to defaults

reinstall imgburn and still record the games. I have open chorme affect anything?
in the log an error appears in yellow.

The burning seems to of been perfect.

ImgBurn is working as it should.

SPDT is something I always have had as well, it does not stop you from burning anything, but so you know it is part of Daemon Tools
Speed Miscompare! is normal as well, as is the message under that.

Now if there was any error after the Writing LeadIn then there would be a problem.

Google Chrome effects nothing, but no harm in closing it, it is heavy on resources.

You can check disc images with redump.org and make sure the CRC matches to the CRC at redump

You can also check the disc image vs what has burned with ImgBurn using verify disc

Windows should also be able to see the contents of the burned disc (you may need to close ImgBurn for windows to see the disc fully)

If windows can't read the disc by itself try ISObuster or open ImgBurn again and go to the Write Image file to Disc option again, with the disc inserted and look at the info on the right, it should display info a bit like.... (see code)

The only strange thing I find with your burning is I don't see the disc being Closed/Finalised/LeadOut

P.S. re-installing does not reset the settings, also this may just be a problem game for your mod chip

I put the dvd recorded that the ps2 does not recognize the drive and folders are on the disc. what I notice is that it says "Supported Write Speeds: 8x, 16x
"And yours says x2.4 x4 etc. Information on the right says

I have different hardware to you that is why the speed is different, there is no other reason

The PS2 is at fault here or the discs but the burning is just fine

ISSM R02 discs in general are poor quality especially for console use, these are also not listed under Verbatim, these are possibly only good for DVD movies and PC data if they are good for anything

Verbatim also have poor console quality media as well so you can't go on brand alone either

try to record another game and got it, do not read the ps2. and not to do. not want to continue ruling dvd

Not 100% sure what you are saying here at all

Do any of the current burns read in your PC, i.e. show the contents of the disc?
Do any of the current burns read in your PS2, at least seen as a PS2 game disc, or just boot you to the please insert PS2 game disc?

I would guess at they are reading just fine in your PC but not in your mod chipped PS2, if this is true then it is the DVD-R's you have that are no good for the PS2 even if you manage to get one to even boot up on the PS2 there may be disc read errors later on, making them not worth the bother, so just make sure you have quality media to start with.

Later models of the PS2 can read DVD+R discs, if you have one of those models you will get better results from DVD+R's as the range in quality for DVD-R's is massive you have very very poor quality to very high quality and lots of variants between, DVD+R quality ranges from good to very high though, so most will work fine with consoles that accept DVD+R media.

The burning was fine to start with

I already stated both

poor media (the media being the DVD-R you are using) = not working in PS2

No amount of re-burning will fix that unless you stop using the DVD-R's you are using for high quality discs instead.

record 40 games dvd verbatim and worked and now do not work

these ones are rubbish Verbatim's like I said even Verbatim have bad and good media

pop one of the good working games into your PC drive and look at the data via ImgBurn again it will not be ISSM R02
