How do I fix this? It's really annoying. I could live with it if I were just playing it but I want to stream this game and I don't want to make people have to deal with a bunch of negative space. (I have few enough watchers as it is without poor quality. )

    Look in your Graphics Plugin

Look at Enhancements>Enhancements (Internal Resolution) & possibly General>Display (Aspect Ratio)

Look at the Enhancements first, this seems like it would be more related to that

I don't know what is under Advanced but there may be something in there as well (something like stretch to window), you could just resize the window if that is possible, the reason I do not know is because I use real hardware and do not emulate this system
