Thumbs up POPSloader and Pro-C2 CFW

I've been googling a lot about POPSloader. On my PSP GO, I have 6.60 Pro-C2 CFW. Some people are saying that POPSloader is no longer needed with the new PRO-C versions. Can anybody clarify whether I should or should not install POPSloader? Thanks.

Edit: Which is better compatibility for the PSP, ISOs or Eboots? Which of the two have less glitches?

For your Edit the compat is the same, cso compressed iso are less stable than iso's and raw files stored in the PSP/GAME folder though, what you are calling eBoots

Just try without Popsloader what they possibly have done is included it as part of the firmware directly instead of a plugin, if you can pick and choose what version pops you want to use then you don't need Popsloader as that is all it does PSX games will work anyway though so just getting a game to boot doesn't make it so you don't want to have Popsloader

Anyway the way that works is

Run the PS1 game converted for PSP.
Hit the R button as soon as you see the PSX gameboot
    Choose the POPS you want

If Hitting R done nothing then go get Popsloader

Thanks for the help Zorlorn. Looks like I need to install Popsloader since nothing happened on the gameboot.
