Sega Classics Collection should be fully playable since PCSX2 v1.0.0. Can you play other games flawlessly? Only suggestion I found, play the original games on the Genesis/Megadrive Emulator, because the PS2 collection is just an emulator on DVD of those consoles (on PS2).
Or try some Speed Hacks in the PCSX2 settings, they might help you.

No get a Megadrive/Genesis emulator for your PC

Though I did get the disc mixed up with the collection of Megadrive games as this one is a collection of 3D remakes

P.S. instead of using a thread for a emulator pack release rather than any support for x game, just make your own thread outlining what version of pcsx2 you are using the settings for pcsx2 and the your system specs cpu gpu ect..

i now have problem with running pcsx2, it said msvcp120.dll is not designed to run on Windows or contains a error!

WTF? but mine is Windows 7 Ultimate and is 32bit.. not 64bit

That would be the reason, the dll is part of the Microsoft C++ package and is not designed to be run independently

Remove the dll and install the whole C++ package

The above info is on the first page anyway...

P.S. I did notice that this game/s do not officially support 480p via component so it will only run in RGB mode (I say officially because there is way to get it working but that does not matter with emulation as RGB looks equally as good as Component as they both show exactly the same), though I got that from running on a real PS2 not emulation

i found out that PCSX2 has Cheat Manager but i can't download it because the file was deleted from some file sharing site

so Cheat Engine is alternate?

Use 7-Zip 9.38 to extract the files. Anything else will fail.
