Error running ePSXe

Idk if this problem has been brought up already or not. first time even being on this site. I boot up the ePSXe load the iso as i always did, The program acts like it going to boot up the game then i get this ePSXepcode [3f-fffffffff00] in PC[bfc000000] UNKNOWN[0000000000some weird symbol)00:0] HELP PLEASE. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling

Alright, i've figured out the problem, just don't know how to fix it. I'm missing my bios, I downloaded the bio's just can't figure out how to add them to the ePSXe. I'm new to this emulator thing

download and extract the bios to the bios folder

run ePSXe

Hit Config then select bios

Hit Select and pick the bin bios image and hit Open

Hit OK
