    Default Sound Problem for Spyro 2

    On my emulator, I have tried several sound plugins for Spyro 2 but I have been having problems with them. On one of the plugins (I believe it is my spuPeopsDSound), it causes the sound to go off sync with the video. On another (spuPeteDSound), it makes the sounds hiccup as well as occasionally increase the speed to where if someone was speaking, they'd sound like chipmunks.

    I don't have this problem when I am playing Spyro 1 but I do when I am playing 2. Which sound plugin is really best for Spyro 2? One that doesn't cause offsync or hiccups.

    I'm assuming you're using epsxe? Generally if the default sound plugins (i.e., the ones you're using) are causing issues I recommend trying the Eternal SPU Plugin, which you can find here; http://www.emuxhaven.net/emuxhaven/p...nal141_win.zip

    Also out of curiosity what frame limit settings are you using in your video plugin? In the video plugin settings under Framerate, the best settings to have are having "Use FPS limit" checked, and 60 in the "FPS Limit (10-200)" section, also checked. Sometimes not having the frame limit explicitly set can cause sync issues as well.
    "I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock". One is even reminded of Lorie Anderson when she wore curlers. Hehehmhm! This video speaks less to the heart and more to the sphincter. In closing, I think Korn would do well to learn more from -"

    The PAL version, yes. The NTSC version, no. It runs perfectly fine without any special plugin setup, having just tested it myself. This is what I use;

    Kamoodle: It does look like you are most likely using the european version of the game, most of which require special patches to run correctly, while their US releases do not. It would probably save you time and effort to simply download the US version and use that instead.

    Here's a link from this site; Download Links:
