I remember when I first bought my PS3, had like... three games for it, and hardly ever touched it. Then I bought A Crack in Time and Uncharted 2 around the same time and played through those gradually and enjoyed them. Then I started Darksiders, and Cookie just happened to get the for it around the time I finished the game. I looked up the details on how to get it and figured, psh, I could do that.

Now I think I have a problem.



I came into the series pretty late -- my first R&C game was Tools of Destruction -- but I absolutely love them. Easily one of my Top 3 favourite series ever. I'm slightly worried about the next game having tower defense aspects to it, but I'm still going to buy it. Because Ratchet & Clank.

Played and finished every single one of 'em, with the exception of Secret Agent Clank, which got vexing. Definitely getting the next one, given that the series hasn't really steered me wrong at all ever.

Plus, the RYNO V may well be my favourite weapon of all time.

Tchaikovsky while firing? Absolute awesome.

I think I 100%'d all of 'em (almost) as well, actually. Got every skill point, maxed out every weapon, and so on.

I haven't played all of them, but I've made a good dent in the library. And I have to agree, the RYNO V is quite possibly one of the best weapons ever.

Design-wise, yes. Damage-wise, it's kinda shit.

Ratchet & Clank 2 probably had the most powerful incarnations. The RYNO II could literally tear the final boss a new one. It's normally a three-stage fight. The RYNO II deals so obscenely much damage that it doesn't get a chance to go into stages two and three.

(Mind you, enemy response to your weapons gets hilarious on occasion. Penultimate boss-fight in Crack in Time: "WHERE did you get that RYNO!?" or the Groovitron "Oh yeah, laugh it up!")
