Pinball?
Hi Gamers,
This may be a stupid question....but am I able to play the pinball game roms via Mame on my computer? Also am I able to play slot machines listed too? How am I able to play both? Please post an answer....keep it simple cause i'm new to this. Thanks.

you can play pinball game roms via mame on your computer. check mame game listing for pinball on this site http://www.mamedb.com/category/Pinball

Correction you can't play pinball roms with mame at all unless they are just Video Pinball games there are also tons of video fruitmachine games aswell but not anything near the quality of a real pinball machine.... then there came Visual Pinball
PinMame only emulate the score system rom for real pinball machines but you can simulate the board aswell....
To simulate a Pinball machine you need
PinMame and the score rom and Visual Pinball and the simulated board files

The Guns & Roses Pinball was one of the best ones
If I get time I may give you a basic set to get you started
