Default GDI to CDI no ripping or downsamling

How could one convert a gdi dump into a cdi image with sod all being ripped? All the guide i find revolve around downsampling. Ive tried to do it in discjuggler but the write to iso is greyed out.

Quick anser is just no.... but read on if you like the last couple of bits may interest you (in the last edit)

You can't it will just not fit on a standard CD-R and the Dreamcast can't read DVD's

Also if you are wanting a selfbooting game (Mil-CD) then there is also space used to make that work aswell (although a very small amount of space but it still counts)

Saying the above even with a standard CD none Mil-CD (No Selfboot code) it will still not fit on a standard CD or even a 99min CD

the Original GD-Rom's are 1GB for the inner data and apx 200MB for the other data, the outer data was a standard CD type but the inner data track was almost like a DVD a total size of 1.2GB the biggest CD is 870MB (99min CD's) the standard size is 700MB (80min CD's) no amount of over burning will let you burn 1GB or higher on any CD

    EDIT: GameCopyWorld explination

There is for now NO WAY to make a backup of a GD-ROM onto a CD-R using a normal CD-ReWriter.

Here are some arguments that it is not possible:

A CD-R media will NEVER hold more than 99 minutes of Data (= 870 MB) so it can never hold the 1 Gb a GD-ROM.
GD-R writable media does exist but they are only sold to official DreamCast developers. They are NOT sold to the general public.
People claiming that they made a working copy of the first few DC games, using packet writing software, were just lucky. They only copied the first normal density track which can easily be copied, but the second high density can't be copied.
Using a DVD-R or DVD+RW is also not an option as the DreamCast can't read DVD-R or DVD+RW media!
all the above reasons is why Dreamcast GD-Roms are all rips with either downsampling or something removed

    EDIT:....

The only way you can get away with no downsampling on a single CD is to have a game that will actually fit onto a standard CD-R or 99min CD-R, then you can follow any selfboot guide just skip all the downsampling and ripping info

The only other way would be to split the data over two or more CD-R's but this in itself can cause other issues, the main one is knowing what files need to be there for what parts of a game and then knowning when to change discs over, another problem is that not all games can be done like that at all because too much data is used throughout the game

The best no brainer split to have would be to have all the data on all CD's the intro FMV on both discs (enabling booting of both/all CD's) then the first few FMV's on one CD and the last few on the other CD's

A game like Shanmue the only option is the sound files (those for speach) even then there are speach files that get used throughout each disc and this will never fit in the end but if you only plan on playing the game so you only get each person to talk once then it is fine but unless you are a verteran at playing that game and know exactly who to talk and when to without getting a repeat that is not going to happen either

There is also one game that used de-compression on the fly and had nothing ripped from it... Through a brilliant idea in the end this will cause it's own issues with bad lagging while the files got de-compressed during play and this was only done once with that one game, you will not find any guide for doing this and it was specially done by a group of hacker/coders that programmed this into the game themselves (it is better to have a barly noticable lower quality sound files than higher quality sound that lags for a few seconds before it can play correctly)... from downsampling the only parts you realy notice is lower quality movies but thats only if they had to be downsampled alot because even those can still look good after they have been downsampled
