Right click the .001 and extract it again. Sometimes people double-compress ISOs.

Firstly, you have Windows set to hide known file extensions. That's super annoying, fix it:
    http://www.lytebyte.com/2007/06/27/h...ns-in-windows/

Second, it looks like you got the scene release of Spyro there. Which somebody double compressed so you get the original scene rar files (often called "o-rar"s). The first blue file is a .nfo, which Windows has mis-associated to some system files. Right-click on it and tell Windows to open it with Notepad (or any text viewer) and to always open it that way. The 10 files with the icon that look like a stack of books are Winrar files, pop open the .rar (after you've fixed the hidden extensions) and you can extract your game. The last file is a sfv, which you can use with a SFV checking program to make sure your o-rar's are perfect.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

Most isos on EP come in a rar/zip with serveral rars inside of it, highlight them all using ctrl+click, then click extract here, then rename the "penislickers.gcm" file to "penislickers.iso"

Best off just extracting by the first file only, doing a highlight all then right clicking for an extract option can in most cases try and extract all the file individually, this will only cause problems and time as it atempts to extract the same file over and over again until it has looked at every file, it also depends on the extraction tool used winrar native windows extration tool 7zip and various others, most operate best if you just extract from the first file or the rar if it's a series of files that has one rar file and several r## files, the other files do get read automaticly anyway, but only one instance of extraction operates that way.

P.S. ctrl+A selects all quicker and ctrl+click does nothing for me, it must be the way you computer is set up if that actually does anything, I'm presuming you have that setup to act like a right mouse click.. right mouse clicking is much quicker to do anyway, you don't need to touch a keyboard lol
