Newbie Need Help bout FFVIII code

I generally using ePSXE 1.7.0 and PEC (PSX Emulation Cheater) Full Version 2002/2 - Build 1123
then FFVIII I'm using is Final Fantasy VIII [NTSC-U] [SLUS-00892]
the hole point is I'm trying to cheat "ALL CHARACTERS HAVE ALL MAGIC" or "SQUALL HAVE ALL MAGIC"

Your best off creating a new thread the OP of this post has 4 posts in total and never posted after, very much inactive here.

I get the feeling though the codes are just for the wrong region.

When you do post include what the codes are for what region of the game you are running and what you are running the game through including the cheat engine e.g. PEC.
