Hey guys.
i have monster hunter tri.
i tried copying it to my hdd.
before it used to work fine, i can start my game.
but now, there will be a black screen and a buzing sound when i start my game.
i cant play it.
what to do?

Are you playing it on an Emulator or an actual Wii?

The only thing I can suggest/think of is that the ISO may have been corrupted during transfer.

thats my guess as well, i only use WBFS manager 3.0, it formats your drive to WBFS and the games work flawlessly in USB Config loader.

well, i only use my flash drive for wii games so im not sure either

i don't know about wii games but some of our ps1 games come in ecm format and need to be unecmed first.

Well, I don't know much about Wiis, but I'm fairly sure you will need to rip an ISO from your disc, then move it to your HDD in order to play it.

Moster hunter is one of those funny games it took me awhile to get it working on my 4.1e softmodded wii.

First use Config Usb Loader it works with MH Tri whereas usb GX and Wiiflow didnt work for me.

Then in the game setting use ios 222.

Finally force Vid Patch (this may not help but it worked for me.)

Also if you have the origonal you can rip it to your hdd straight from CFG Loader so i would delete and do it again just to be sure.

Also if you havnt already it a good idea to update you ios regularly.

Install cIOSx 249 Rev19 on base IOS37 boot the game using IOS249.Read this guide for the downloads and wads required for the fix. Load with Hermes v4 222/223 (ios38 + 37). Works perfectly. OR load using hermes 222/223 on USB loader GX. Also works with 223 on Configurable USB Loader.

I find it very handy at times, though I can usually figure it out myself, that and part of the problems I get is because I'm trying to run NTSC games in PAL that will not work with some games, just aswell I use a multi regional TV

Personly I like the flavor of USB Loader GX and only use that, though I admit I have not tried CFG Loader yet, NeoGamma I find a lil too simple and hard to navigate through 100's of games
