Well, to drag this thing back on track, how many of you lot are playing from the EU, and how many are on the US servers? Who knows, perhaps we could meet up at some point in-game. Might be nice to meet some of my fellow EP'ers.

Well, me and Knightshade play on a private server...

I'm on a US server but as I said in my OP it's a private server. I originally started playing the trial version wondering if my laptop could even run WoW with decent fps. yes it can, then someone told me you can play on a private server and bypass the lvl 20 lock so I tried that tested and works.

If you pay for 6 months at a time on blizzards servers, that is 13 dollars a month and equals out to $156 dollars a year if you sink five years into it(the smallest amount of time most fans have claimed to have played) , it comes out to $780 dollars.
with my paycheck and bills I'm struggling to get by as is.

actually now that I think about it the teamspeak client hosted by the private server is based in germany.

Yeah man, it's in Germany.

That's why we have latency issues sometimes.

And why we're the only English speaking people on the damn server it seems.

yeah but If you had team speak I could set up my own channel in there hosted server and password protect it and me you and anyone that wanted to join the private server could talk without having to deal with the language barrier.

I'm pretty sure I have Teamspeak. I just never figured out how to use it.

to get on the private teamspeak server ignore the info on their forum it is useless open teamspeak go to connections> server list> on the upper right is the search box type in (private server name) WoW it will bring up their server just click on it. it will say connected and your good to go.

just tell me when you want to get on and I'll create the private channel.

not sure I understand are you wanting a message to the teamspeak or a link to the private server?

as much as I hate to say this for those playing with high level characters I do not recommend the switch to a private server as your character is tied to the server you will have to start a new character at level 1.
