Help Please! - black screen

Hi i'm playing brigandine on ePSX emulator(1.70). It was fine for the first 2 days but it suddenly black out whenever i enter the game. However, sound could still be heard.
Anyone out there mind give me some advice? thanks

Are you playing with the same game?
It happens with some games as emulater can't run every rom or iso.

Set your video plugin to fast & windows mode, this is a very basic setting

Change video plugins ect, just play round a bit

It's possible the res is just set out of range of your graphics card in full screen

Thanks alot man! but is window mode a small-screen mode? my screen became smaller even since i have change to that.

You can switch to Full-screen mode by pressing ALT+ENTER on your keyboard,
or change the setting from the video configuration.

aww this problem came back just after a while. what is video ect?

lol he meant to put etc which means and things basically, just mess around with your video plugins and try using the "nice" or "Fast" settings

hi my friend encountered a problem similar to mine. he was able to get into the game but the screen hanged(black screen) after some selections. i have those basic settings set but it just wont work

Never heard of this issue before except for those trying to set the res too high

You could for now untill this is figured...

Use windowed mode but change the res on it to just under your desktop res, i.e. have it set to the largest Windows mode you can use
