    Default Psx emulater with plugins and bios.

    No configuration needed but you may need to setup controls according to you.
    It's psx v.1.13 and i don't know much about it's plugins.

    What emu what version what plugins

    Every user will want to change at the very least the vid plugin settings according to there hardware

    Also in ePSXe for example settings are stored in the registary unless you tell it otherwise so sharing pre setup will only make the user that downloads it setting it up from scratch as a new setup
