I know it crashes at a guess mostly due to wanting files that are not there or incorrect for 6.60 firmware so that is not a real option

SLPS-01420 or NPJJ-00088 should be tested, the later is the release code for the PSOne Classics version in 2007 so presume that is on PSN in Japan

Oh I was about to post without seeing Zorlon post so I found the Japanese PSOne Classics ID by myself and changed the original SLUS-00863 to NPJJ-00088 in both places:

6.60 still give me the messed up graphics so I just gave up

Since the graphics seemed to I don't know don't load correctly cause I noticed that if I left the item on the floor entered in the menu and wait for the loading screen to finish the item in the ground would be fixed so I tried to set PSX2PSP compression level to zero to maybe makes things easier for the emulator but 6.60 would freeze and not even boot the game just because of that

Sorry though, as much as I want to test the RJL thing, but can't because I don't have any PSP to test with.

but anyway I will just live with it. I never had any hope it would fix cause I'm not a expert or anything but I was bored and decided to try my crazy ideas

EDIT: Oh well since it's easy to do I also changed for SLPS-01420 and it can't boot on 6.60 but it's still fine on 3.51 so the universe is telling me to just use 3.51 and shut up.
