PSX Emulator Help!

Because overall the emulator sucks for compat, though it's not bad for alot of games,

I understand that the greatest compatibility is desired, and I also get wanting the maximum amount of control over your gameplay... But seriously though, how many new people who ask for help are trying to play some obscure NTSC-J title? Most new people just want to play Final Fantasy VII-IX or Metal Gear Solid or some-such, all of which run fine on pSXfin. I always try to start people off with pSXfin, and then if issues continue try to walk them through ePSXe.

Also, (no offense to the OP) I don't know if English is this guy's first language, and he is definitely new to this, so why not just start with the simple answer and go from there instead of trying to help him get started using what is probably incomprehensible jargon?

I don't know, I get why people like ePSXe, I just don't understand why they have gotten married to the damn thing.

this was not a lag in the keyboard responce but a lag because the video setup was too high for the system.

Which probably would not have happened if he did not have to deal with an obfuscatory config at launch.

If someone realy can't use ePSXe then yes I might point towards pSX/pSXfin but otherwise no.

I think three weeks with no results warrants a change.

Not going to drag this out and not going to argure the point, I consider this spamming up the thread

Personly I don't emulate PSX on PC to play I emulate to help others or to hack some codes, mostly helping though nowerdays

If I do emulate to play it tends to be on my xbox or I just use my chipped PSone, maybe play via my PSP from time to time aswell

If the correct info was given in the first place this would of been sorted long back instead of dragging out, it's not the time line but the info
