R4i SDHC problem

So I've been playing Ragnarok DS for quite some time. However, when I enter the game menu recently, the game list won't load. So I accessed the SD card file and saw a few files that weren't there before (and also had names like Bemon0.sys, with the B being the beta symbol). They also cannot be deleted, so I transferred my games to my computer while I formatted the card. After that's done, I transferred everything I backed up into the card but now every single game I attempt to play gets me the error "sav file not found" even though the save files are in the folder. What can I do now?

You cannot delete system files and expect anything to work. Would you delete them from your computer?
You are going to have to find the firmware for your card and re-install it, all of it. Your games should load then.

The last time I accessed my SD card was to put in a usrcheat.dat a day ago. I'm pretty sure the files weren't there before, and my game ran perfectly fine until the problem started and I saw the extra files in the card. After formatting it, I've put everything from before (I backed it up) into the card and it still refuses to work.

To try....

give all connections a quick blow
format it to FAT32 if it's not already
try with just the system files (no games yet)
re-download system files and do above again
