    Is PicoDrive a powerful genesis emulator for PSP, and Handhelds?

    Yep or atleast it is a Genesis/Megadrive emu in terms of, on PSP, don't remember if it was also on other handhelds, think it may of been on DS aswell maybe even on a few others aswell

    the PC emu of picodrive is an emu of a different kind emulating the Sega Pico, a childrens learning console of sorts that also used a book with activities on each book, interesting but not a games console realy

    Not sure what you are asking help wise though, more like a what is Q

    PicoDrive was already a Genesis emulator for the Acorn RISC OS.

    Certain "notaz" made a port on the PSP, Dingoo, GP2X (Game Park), and Mobiles.
