i just checked, and firebug, a firefox add on, tells me the links!
so if there are any games you want to get back and they say you have to register to see them, use firebug.

Looks to me like most of the hacks there weren't implemented yet in the backed up version of the forums. I haven't been able to access the bank, and none of the items show up as the most recently purchased.

EDIT: Or I could be wrong, and it could just need more permissions.

VBplaza was here since I joined so it would have definitely been here in 2008.

I suspect it's just access rights screwed up a bit.
I had no probs accessing everything after admin had restored my rep, posts and given me some points for vbPlaza.
