    Download dslazy (http://blog.dev-scene.com/ratx/archi...tegory/dslazy/)
    use it to unpack the Phantom Hourglass rom, then swap the arm9.bin file you downloaded with the one in the unpacked rom folder. Then repack the rom.

    Wait, some later versions of the 9250 have 9.0 something support. I won't know unless you can tell me the manufacturer.

    Uh, no. Core is DX 8.1, no revision on Radeon 9250, well no core revision that is.
