Actually even though a keyboard is not analog you can still config it to use all controls through your keyboard

your only dumb for takin in what banned said

    P.S. a keyboard is not a plugin

I recomend you look into some other plugins for your controls

I'm not well up on N64 myself but I do know even keyboard users can config all controls

http://www.zophar.net/utilities/n64plugins.html has a few including Basic Keyboard plugin you will find the pad plugins on the lower part of the list before the glide wrappers also it's worth you looking yourself because the site I linked you is becoming out of date

The included plugins support keyboard use. All you have to do is set the keys. However it will be very difficult to play your games using the keyboard so I would suggest investing in a good PC gamepad. They sell one for $15 at Wal-Mart (at least here in TX they do) that is PSX oriented but it works well if you set the controls right. I used it for a while but it does break easily so I upgraded to the Logitech RumblePad 2.

You can also just get a convertor to use PSX pads and N64 pads you can get convertors for just about any type of console pad

Xbrick pads are native USB anyway so all you need to do is hack of an extention end and replace it with a usb end

Personly I use PSX convertors for everything (they do work well for N64 aswell)

A cube pad would also be a perfect pad to use

Also alot of the console pads are good long lasting solid pads with the exception of older pads SMD/SNES and back over and 3rd party pads are mostly not so good

I use the logitech rumblepad 2 and it works great for pj64.
However the rumble pack function does not seem to work. Would a different controller plugin fix this problem? (not a keyboard either, lol)

    Have you tried N-Rage's plugin?
    It has rumble support:

Yeah I'm using N-Rage's and I love it. I also like the fact that it has a GB Pak feature to use for Pokemon Colosseum although I've never played the roms long enough to be able to use them.
